We believe in the quality of our product! We accept returns on any unused product under the following conditions:
Candles must be unburned
Diffusers must be unopened, and reeds must remain dry
Return window: 30 days from the date of purchase
Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost
Restocking fees: No cost
Refund processing time: 7 days after receiving the returned item
