Candle FAQ
All of our products are thoughtfully curated to create clean burning candles infused with magic. We use non-gmm soy wax, phthalate free fragrance and essential oils, and paper/cotton blend wicks. All of our candles are Prop 65 compliant.
We use a premium blend of man-made fragrances that are phthalate free and prop 65 compliant, as well as essential oils that are phthalate free. These blends are more sustainable to produce and they allow us to create more complex scent profiles.
Every time before use, make sure to trim your wick to 1/4". Burn the candle at least 3-4 hours at a time to ensure a nice melting pool.
If you received a damaged or defective candle, please send a photo to customerservice@enlightencandlesarizona.com for our Quality team to review, and we will ship you a replacement right away.
Yes! Once burned all the way through, clean out the remaining wax and repurpose them for vases, drinking glasses, storage containers, however you like!
We currently ship only in the US. We regret that we are unable to offer international shipping at this time. Tag us @enlightencandlesaz to let us know where you live and we will work to bring Enlighten Candles to you in the future!
You should receive your order within a week of the order date.
We believe in the quality of our product! We will accept returns on any unused product.
Please make sure to follow our return policy: Candles must not be burned and diffusers unopened and reeds dry. Customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost and return items must not be damaged upon receipt at our warehouse.
