Candle FAQ

What ingredients do you use?

Each product is crafted with the finest, premium ingredients—soy wax, pure essential oils, and phthalate-free fragrance blends—all delicately infused with a double scent formula. Each candle carries the healing essence of the Sonoran desert, designed to inspire and elevate the ordinary into something extraordinary.
What kind of fragrance do you use?

We use a premium blend of man-made fragrances that are phthalate free and prop 65 compliant, as well as essential oils that are phthalate free. These blends are more sustainable to produce and they allow us to create more complex scent profiles.
How should I care for my candle?

We recommend always trimming the wick to 1/4 inch to keep the flame clean, steady, and free from smoke.
When you first light your candle, let it burn for about 3 hours, allowing the wax to melt across and create a pool, preventing it from tunneling around the wick.
As your candle nears the end of its journey, leave a 1/4 inch of wax untouched. Without the wax’s protective barrier, the glass can overheat and crack, interrupting the serene atmosphere you've created.
I received a damaged candle. What do I do?

If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please send a photo to support@enlightencandles.com. Our Quality team will review it promptly, and we’ll send a replacement to rekindle the magic without delay.
Can the glass vessels be recycled?

Yes, our glass vessels are fully recyclable and can be upcycled as well. Once the candle has burned through, simply clean out the remaining wax and repurpose the vessel as a vase, drinking glass, or storage container, continuing to bring new life to your space.
Where do you ship?

We currently ship only in the US. We regret that we are unable to offer international shipping at this time. Tag us @enlightencandlesaz to let us know where you live and we will work to bring the magic of Enlighten Candles to you in the future!
How long does it take to receive my order?

You should receive your order within a week of the order date.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We believe in the quality of our product! We will accept returns on any unused product.
Please make sure to follow our return policy: Candles must not be burned and diffusers unopened and reeds dry. Customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost and return items must not be damaged upon receipt at our warehouse.
