We believe in the quality of our product! We accept returns on any unused product under the following conditions:

• Candles must be unburned
• Diffusers must be unopened, and reeds must remain dry
• Return window: 30 days from the date of purchase
• Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost
• Return method: By mail
• Restocking fees: No cost
  
• Refund processing time: 7 days after receiving the returned item
